Insurance & Payment

We bill most insurances, as a courtesy to you. We are Preferred Providers for both Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as Approved Providers for Medicare and the VA; proudly serving our Seniors and Veterans.

 

We also take State of Alaska Workers' Compensation claims and auto insurance cases with "med pay" (medical payment coverage) when requirements for filing have been met.

 

Most insurance plans require a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance and this portion of the insurance is your immediate responsibility. Under certain circumstances, a payment plan may be available if the patient has a valid major credit card.

In order for us to bill your insurance as a courtesy, remember to:

1. Bring your insurance card(s) and government-issued picture ID to your appointment

2. Plan to pay your portion at the time of your appointment

 

Unless previously arranged, your portion of fees for services is due and payable when services are rendered.
