Interactive Metronome

Interactive Metronome is an exercise designed to improve memory, attention and concentration, sensory processing, speed of brain center communication, motor planning, sequencing, balance and coordination. Initially designed to help students’ reading comprehension and math skills, over 15 years it has been proven effective in treating concussion, brain fog (“fuzzy brain syndrome”), adult ADHD, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. The exercises are done in the office 2-3 times per week for approximately 15 sessions.
